There are many ways to get clean and/or sober, some work better than others for different types of people. If you have heard that there is only one way to do it and have it stick, it is not entirely true for everyone. Sure, there are more conventional ways than others, but just like everybody has a different history and life circumstances, there are different ways to get back on track and in the right direction to get your life back together.
